You will be easily distracted by its charming crust and miss its wonderful aroma.   As suggested by its name, you can enjoy a mix of 3 different kinds of grains (wheat, rye, and spelt) and 3 different kinds of seeds (flaxseeds, sesames, and poppy seeds) in every single bite of this flavorful bread.
這款籽麥麵包,很容易被她漂亮的外表吸引而錯過欣賞她的香味。正如她的名字 Trinity ,每一口都有三款不同麵粉的香味,包括小麥、裸麥及古麥 (spelt),再加上三款不同的種籽,包括亞麻籽、芝麻、罌粟籽,做出這款香氣四溢、外脆內軟的麵包。

Learn from raw material to hand-kneading/machine mixing*, fermentation, shaping and baking.

Machine mixing, 2 students share one kitchen machine.

Remarks: Confirmed bookings may not be cancelled or changed. However, bookings are freely transferable for the same workshop, thus you are welcome to send someone else in your place. There is minimum number apply to run workshops. If it is not met, the workshop will be cancelled. At least 48 hours’ notice via phone / email will be given and a choice of rescheduling or a full refund will be offered.
